Speedy Fix Appliances Services - Terms & Conditions

1. 100 Days Spare Warranty

  • Coverage: All spare parts provided and replaced by Speedy Fix Appliances Services are covered under a 100-day warranty, commencing from the date of installation or replacement. This warranty ensures that any defects or malfunctions in the spare parts due to manufacturing errors or faulty installation will be addressed at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Exclusions: The 100-day warranty does not cover damages or issues caused by improper use, mishandling, power fluctuations, natural wear and tear, accidents, or tampering with the appliance or part by unauthorized personnel.

  • Claim Process: If a spare part fails within the warranty period, customers must notify Speedy Fix Appliances Services within the warranty window. A technician will assess the situation, and if the fault lies with the spare part, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. The warranty applies only to the original part replaced and not the entire appliance.

2. 30 Days Service Warranty

  • Service Assurance: Our commitment to quality extends through a 30-day service warranty, ensuring that any issues arising from the original service provided (repair, installation, or maintenance) will be readdressed without further cost if reported within 30 days from the service date.

  • Conditions: This warranty is applicable only if the issue stems from the initial service or repair. Problems arising due to mishandling, electrical issues, improper use, or external factors unrelated to the original repair will not be covered under this warranty.

  • Process: In the event that a problem reoccurs within 30 days of service, customers are required to contact Speedy Fix Appliances Services. A service professional will revisit, assess, and if necessary, fix the appliance at no extra charge. If the problem requires additional parts or services not related to the original repair, extra charges will apply.

3. Inspection & Visit Charges

  • Mandatory Charges: For all service requests, a mandatory Inspection and Visit Charge of Rs. 200/- will be levied, irrespective of the outcome or whether any repairs or replacements are carried out. This fee covers the cost of technician travel, initial diagnosis, and inspection of the appliance.

  • Non-Refundable: The inspection and visit charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair or if the appliance is deemed irreparable.

  • Applicability: This charge is applicable per visit, meaning that for any follow-up visits or subsequent service requests, the fee will be charged again.

4. Additional Services or Spare Parts

  • Scope of Service: The Rs. 200/- inspection charge does not cover the cost of any repairs, services, or spare parts. If any repairs or spare part replacements are required beyond the initial diagnosis, these will incur additional charges.

  • Estimate and Approval: Before proceeding with any repair or spare part replacement, our technicians will provide a detailed estimate of the costs involved. No work will be carried out without prior customer approval. Once approved, any additional services or spare parts will be charged separately from the inspection fee.

  • Spare Parts Availability: The availability of spare parts may vary depending on the appliance make and model. In the event that specific parts are not immediately available, customers will be informed of the estimated delivery and service time.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Warranty Exclusions: Both the 100-day spare warranty and 30-day service warranty do not apply to:

    • Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or negligence by the customer.

    • Appliances that have been serviced or tampered with by unauthorized technicians.

    • Electrical surges, voltage fluctuations, natural disasters, or accidents that damage the appliance or spare parts.

    • General wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect appliance functionality.

  • Service Limitations: Speedy Fix Appliances Services reserves the right to refuse service on appliances that are deemed irreparable or beyond economical repair. In such cases, the customer will still be liable for the inspection charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Appliances: Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the appliance for the technician to inspect and repair. Any delays or inability to service the appliance due to lack of access may result in additional charges.

  • Accurate Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information about the appliance, including its make, model, and the nature of the issue. Any misrepresentation or failure to provide correct information may result in delayed service or incorrect repairs, for which Speedy Fix Appliances Services will not be liable.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due at Service Completion: All charges, including the inspection fee and any additional costs for spare parts or services, are payable upon completion of service. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.

  • Non-Payment: In case of non-payment or delay in payment, Speedy Fix Appliances Services reserves the right to withhold service or warranty coverage until full payment is received.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Customer Support: Any disputes or concerns regarding services, parts, or charges must be reported to Speedy Fix Appliances Services within 7 days of the incident. Our customer support team will attempt to resolve the matter in a fair and efficient manner.

  • Legal Recourse: In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the service area of Speedy Fix Appliances Services.
